Office Coordinator

Department: ADMIN
Location: Norristown, PA


The Office Coordinator will work in our Norristown, PA office / warehouse location and handle all administrative and clerical duties relating to the facility.  The Office Coordinator will work with field staff on a regular basis and must have strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task and set priorities and maintain a functional office environment for all employees in the Philadelphia market.


  • Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at the office.
  • Phone and email support/correspondence to answer questions and follow-up on inquiries from field personnel. 
  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions.
  • Maintain, update or create databases and/or database information.
  • Work with other administrative personnel to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Assist project teams with creating, formatting and distributing project related correspondence. 
  • Assist in the accomplishment of departmental objectives by performing other duties as assigned
  • Inventory control for warehouse and assist with shipping and receiving responsibilities.
  • Maintain office equipment, including printers, copier, USPS mail meter, etc.
  • Order office supplies, maintain an inventory of supplies and keep accurate records and receipts of all purchases.


  • Must be accountable and punctual.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently as well as a team player.
  • The ability to identify issues and propose solutions or new processes.
  • Great time management and priority management in order to get the job done well.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Someone who is capable of assisting in the warehouse and able to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Knowledge Word, PowerPoint, MS Office applications specifically Excel experience.
